Terms Of Service

Buy purchasing a service from us, you automatically agree to these terms of service. If you are found to be in violation of these conditions, your customer account will be suspended and no refund will be given.

Account

1.1) As the owner of your client account, you have full responsibility for the security of your account. Any breaches to your account is your responsibility, ensure that you have a strong and unqiue password.

1.2) Any accidents that cause irreversible damage to your server (i.e corrupting world data) is your responsibility. We maintain backups offsite to help you minimize these corruptions. You will not be eligible for a refund.

Payments & refunds

2.1) We provide every customer with a 24-hour refund policy on every product, contact us to create this request. Our high-end products (Dedicated Nodes, i9-13900) are non refundable due to the expenses necessary to run them.

2.2) After our 24-hour refund policy, every purchase is final. We don't provide our customers with refunds except for special occasions where our customer has not been able to reach the fullest of their server (i.e server faults)

2.3) All of our products may be subject to a price change at any time, this will be notified to our current customers in a reasonable time to not create sudden suprises.

2.4) Prices may recieve a small tax addon to cover the payment fees.

2.5) If a customer fails to make the payment after 1 month, the server will be suspended for 24 hours unless more time is agreed upon.

Services

3.1) We strictly prohibit our customers from using our services for any malicious purposes, these include but not limited to; Mining, DoS attacks, Botnets (DDoS), phishing. Using our services for malicious purposes will result in a immediate termination of the service without refund.

3.2) If a service reaches above the limited resources provided for a longer period, the customer will recieve a warning indicating this to upgrade or minimize the resource usage.

3.3) We reserve the right to monitor the productivity of any of our services provided, to help maintain a smooth experience for all our customers.

3.4) Our services should be provided to the customer within a 48 hour period, unless other issues is present.

3.5) Our terms of service may be subject to change at anytime. Our customers will be notified upon this change.

Service Level Agreement

What should be expected from us as a hosting provider.

Availability

NordHost aims to maintain an exceptional level of service availability for its customers, our objective is to ensure that all services are available and accessible to users without interruption.

1.1) NordHost is expected to provide a quarterly uptime percentage of 99%, this means our services should be operational and accessible for at least 99% of the time in a 3-month period.

1.2) Uptime calculations are based on availability caused by equipment malfunction or network outages, which are confirmed by NordHost. Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or factors beyond NordHost's control will not be included in this calculation

Incident Management

2.1) If a service disruption were to occur, NordHost's staff will be forced to create an incident report for future documentation and to let clients know about the ongoing situation. Disruption will be notified in the appropriate channels (Statuspage, Discord) and will be continuously updated with the latest information.

Security and Compliance

3.1) Data security is expected for all of NordHost's services. NordHost is required to take big steps into protecting customer data from potential cyber threats. We use modern encryption standards, 2FA, and as well as access controls for our services to ensure no one will have direct access to your private and personal information

Partnership Requirements

We are always looking for new collaborators, who has the same vision as us; Make minecraft hosting affordable. Create a ticket in our discord if your interested!

Use of our services

1.1) For a partnership deal to be made you have to use our services. This means that you have to have purchased any product from us.

1.2) Your server is required to have a good reputation. We will not partner with servers with a bad reputation (this section will be double checked by the staff members of NordHost)

1.3) For a partnership deal to be made you have to have opened a ticket in our discord. A staff member will then assess your request by these terms.

1.4) You must follow the rules stated in the discord, aswell as Discord TOS.

Contract and Judicial requirements

2.1) When partnering you and us are required to sign a contract making sure that both parts doesn't get scammed.

2.2) Both parts are also required to follow international laws as well as Norwegian laws due to our company being located there.

2.3) When a partnership agreement is made, we will agree on a discount and possible further co operation. This will also be stated in the contract.

Statistic requirements

3.1) You will need atleast 50 discord members.

3.2) You will need atleast some daily activity in the server.

3.3) There might be a required amount of people to join our hosting to recieve the discount (If so this will be stated in the contract).

3.4) We do not partner with any other hosting services
